I wouldn't like to guess, however I will say FSX will run very poorly on those specs. You'd need at least an Athlon64 (preferably dual-core), and an Nvidia 7900GT (preferably an 8800 or higher) to enjoy it without blurred textures or stutters.
FSX is VERY processor intensive. You wont get decent framerates without at least a 3.0GHz processor, and an Nvidia 8000 series graphics card. Also 2Gb bare minimum of system memory, with 4Gb recommended.

the textures aren't the biggest problem, it's just the framerate in combination with how it looks
