  • Your arapaima reminds me of my snakehead. Always jumping out whenever I net him......

  • @MicoB1022 haha snakeheads are even worse! i used to keep 6 large ones in a fiber glass tank! they used to jump out once a day! even breaking through metal cages above. crazy fish...

  • can you measure 1 of the big cats for me plz and thank you

  • @iLikETurtleS1029 might be almost impossible. the cats are too large and heavy they wont fit in any net or measuring tub that i have (as they are all well over a meter....ill have to think of another way to measure them.

  • @MyAquaticDiary k thats cool i just want to know the exact measurement of spot

  • @iLikETurtleS1029 hes hugeee if i guestimate probably like 125cm or so...

  • @MyAquaticDiary wow thats big

  • @AYEEEpowlow haha yes definitely something to look forward to when i get back to Malaysia! I'll definitely visit my LFS and check datnoids OUT! :D

  • I love your pond, i am a koi nut.. I was really surprised how you can keep peaceful koi in a predator pond. Hope in the future i can live some where i can keep tropical river monsters. keep the videos coming.

  • @forestkane yesss i only recently fell in love with koi and their demeanour....how different species of koi have specific characteristics. such amazing fish! i have 6 of them now...hoping to get 2 more to have a perfect 8! it hasnt been perfect. one of my koi has a nagging tail injury that is taking AGESSS to kill....an older koi that was too small was killed by my pacu. It wasn't a pretty sight....for the most part these 3 koi have done really well. they just need to be large enuf to survive!:)

  • @MyAquaticDiary yea koi come in so many varieties i have 26 koi in my pond favorite would have to be my 34 inch olive chagoi and 24 inch aka matsuba.

  • @forestkane yesss!! i just bought a tea green/olive chagoi! hes awesome!!! ate on the first day i bought him...but he is still young and skittish. plus he lives in a tank so they are always more scared there. once he puts on size and moves to the pond im sure he will be really interactive and friendly! I've heard such amazing thing about chagois!

  • r u planing to put the AGTF in ur pond if so would u swim with it

  • @IKILLU720 if he want to die!

  • @IKILLU720 yesss eventually when it gets large enuf hahaha. im crazy like that...

  • Haha "That sounded dirty..." My CKF isn't eating and it's been about a week and a half. I tried pellets, bloodworms, even live fish! No takers so what should I do?

  • @Asianleful do a water change. does he have any spots or sores on his body???he might be sick...

  • @MyAquaticDiary I just did after you told me. He looks fine, no sores or spots other then the markings of the actual fish. When ever the lights are on he just stays in one position, head down and tail up. I've tried feeding him with lights off too with no success. He's really stubborn!

  • @Asianleful CKs can be very skittish. even at their immense size they are still fearful of many things. he may need a place to hide and feel safer...but it is strange that he only recently stopped eating....being a predator it may be because he was overfed before and is just fasting to cleanse his body. Big predators can go without food for months. If you dont believe he is sick there should be nothing to worry about. it happens to a lot of older predators (eg. my RTCS dont eat sometimes).

  • @MyAquaticDiary Ahh, okay. Well I think I should have enough hiding places for him in the tank, there are two Amazon Sword plants close together to form a shelter type thing and there is a cave of rocks on the right... Do you think I should just feed the datnoid and wait a few more days before feeding the CKF?

  • @Asianleful yeh no harm just make sure the water is clean. add sum aquarium rock salt...maybe increase the temperature to 26-28 degree celsius (if u get impatient) and wait to see what happens. if he isnt sick im sure he will eat soon.

  • whant to see the rays

  • @blustwave They actually passed away bro... so sorry :(
