@ramentasty8 yes but, it's expected to happen on cars were the flow separates at the edge then the flow flow is reversed in a small 'bubble' and increases drag but, it's expected on cars

Same car made in China with 25x cheaper workers and materials that are like 10 times cheaper would cost 3000$

Is this the wind tunnel in France powered by the Hadron Collider? There was a recent article on the web about this tunnel which is supposed to produce winds in excess of 3000 MPH.Yes,3000 MPH.Only the LHC could do this successfully with power to spare using antimatter for full power.

@davo623 If you look at the last few seconds the flow splits away from the body of that little lip of the boot. But it does go downwards suggesting that the flow reattaches quickly reducing pressure drag. :)

@Chunderitis looks like vortices to me, not a reattachment. The smoke forming at the edge is surely not coming from the upper surface as the smoke source is past the point where you suggest the flow that reattaches comes from.
