This sounds like The Vines early lo-fi demo work like their songs "Don't Go" and "Landslide". The only difference is The Vines wanted to be the next "it" band and unfortunately glossed their album music over with sleek production. This is more authentic.

I love how the serenity at the beginning is abruptly interrupted yet somehow continued with the eloquence of the dancing. The contrast of the music with the innocence of the girls gives a very surreal and almost trance like feel to the video.
