They're having an Uso (Lying) contest, trying to get the person they're "Usoing" to believe what they're saying is truth, and then follow up by saying "Uso" (I lie), but some of them turn the tables and say "Honto" Really, meaning that they are NOT lieing. Apperantly Byakuya said some cruel things to Ichigo, who is thinking "He's lying" but Kuchiki follows up with a "Honto" thus Ichigo's anger. I may be wrong but it's the best theory I've got.

@ilikemoo1234 It's actually a contest in the Live Bankai Show Code 003. Gin challenges everyone to a Uso Contest, which is basically a lie contest or a joke contest. The winner got to replace Aizen in Catharsis of Eternity.
