I discovered them with their first album, something around 1987 or 88 (?) but like other great bands (Y&T, Whitesnake,..) never came in FRANCE... sadly for me.
What a GREAT video. The only thing wrong was during this festival were the jerk cops who acted like they could stop more than 1 storming the stage. FYI People don't mosh or storm the stage for Tesla or other 80's band. They are excellent, but don't cause a threat enough to have the penis measuring these policemen apparently want to do. Notice the "whispering" to each other.
lol Same here, saw them debut this jam on Mtv back in what '88 '89? Had to special order the damn cassette cuz it was'nt available yet at that time! I had to buy a 2nd copy 4 months later, wore it out. haha They still kick ass!
God. I remember buying Mechanical Resonance on Cassette when it first came out. Time flies by. Saw Tesla two years ago at the Coca Cola Roxy in Atlanta.....it was like they hadn't aged a day. Saw them back in the day too. Couldn't have been happier with how they played.
I was there, it was a fucking awesome day at the fair. =D

this show was GREAT.. I was one of the on stage hand held camera operators for the JumboTron production unit. The band was fun to work around.
BTW does anyone have the NYS Fair 2007 Tesla evening show where the girl flashed our camera???
