  • omg, slowly please and repeat twice how to spell them -_-

  • 1:02 , temper temper *shakes heads*

  • If you want to learn how to speak any language here's what you should do.

1.Know their swearing words and how its pronounced(this is the most important)

2.Learn basic words and their pronunciation, start with letters and numbers. Then learn shapes, things, colors, time and date.

3.Watch something like a children's show in that language, prefer the interactive ones to know how they basically construct sentences and change words to suit the sentence.

4.Move up by watching movies in those language.

  • Llo no se Frances nomas se hablar espanol y ingles/ I don't know how to speak French only English and spanish : )

  • @HorseRiderJenna 'oui' ,but for such questions u can use the google translation

  • @shinedown4ever1 you spelled bonjour wrong ive been speaking french since kindergraten at a french school if any1 wants 2 get taught a lesson in a french send me a reply.

  • @edwardlover0604 No, I wasn't expecting much. And I'm trying not to be rude. But honestly, idk any french. And honestly, this wasn't helpful at ALL. I say what I say because I know most people can do better, so I say things harshly. Consider it what you want. Call it what you want. I don't care.

  • @KittyClawz1493 I don't care if its a series, it still sucks. There's no point in making a series of videos that don't teach anything.

  • How do I say, I'm fine, thank you, and you? in French

  • @Dolceb7

Je vais bien, merci. Et vous ?

Or "et toi" at the end.

  • Wow. This is the worst video ever. I wanted to learn french but this sucks. Unless your four and your talking to a french teacher, nobody is going to say "Hello maddam." Most effed up video made yet.

  • @meowlyness It's part of a series dickhead

  • your french pronunciation is horrible!

  • how are you is comment ca va isnt it?

  • Comment removed

  • Im learning french right now, the sentence structure and grammar are kinda hard...

  • How do you say in French - "Hi, I'd like to fuck you in the ass with a bowling pin"?

  • A lot of this stuff you dont say to an adult you have to be alot formal

this is something you would say to your friends:p

  • how do you say ms??

  • If you were a kid,or at least younger to the person you were talking to.

I'm not for sure you would ask them with Ca Va. Comment allez vous is so much more polite.

  • Oh my God : as in "Pas mal" really? ONLY USE THAT STUFF WITH YOUR FRIENDS !! wth is that course ?

  • J'apprends le français et il était assez facile...=)

  • Comment removed

  • he went to fast >.<

  • he said this to fast...

  • C'est vraiment difficile d'apprendre à parler francais alors bonne chance !

  • @rew850 Ouais et surtout du courage aussi...

Mais ça fait plaisir de voir des gens qui tentent d'apprendre le français : )

  • Est ce-que tu veux un baguette avec fromage xD

  • I don't understand why you say "ça ne va pas" which means "no! It will not". To say "No. I'm not good" you would say "pas je ne suis pas bonne."

  • @bright2life Ahahah, that's just because you used google translation or another crappy translator. You have to understand that all languages don't work the same way, you can't just literally translate what you want to say and expect it to be right. In French, 'I'm not good / I'm not okay' is 'Ça ne va pas'.

  • @Emization21

I'm not good: Je ne suis pas bon

I'm not okay': Je ne vais pas bien (or: Je ne suis pas okay)

    @wwwBixxTk

    No, it's:

Est-ce que tu veux unE baguette avec DU fromage?

  • @VendezMoi Yeah but bright2life used the 'I'm not good' expression as in 'I'm not okay' or at least I thought he did. Now it's true that if what he meant was 'I'm not good AT (something)' it'd be translated to 'je ne suis pas bon à (quelque chose) ' but it would be out of topic since the video is about greetings. And to say 'I'm not okay' you'd either say 'ça ne va pas' or 'je ne vais pas bien' but 'je ne suis pas okay' sounds awkward and is not commonly used.

  • @VendezMoi Or even if he meant 'I'm not good' as in 'I'm not a good person'. Out of topic.

  • Comment removed

  • "Pas mal" means "not bad". To say so-so (not bad or not good) you would say "comme ci comme ca" but this is less commonly used. "Bof" appears out of nowhere in the tutorial. It is similar to "blah" in English.

  • Thank you for doing this video ! it really helps ! It's the hardest language I have ever learn. I have to say that I learn English, German, Russian and trying to learn Spanish, which is easy. But French goes really tough, I'm learning it only, because next year I will go to France to my aunt.

  • way too fast

  • huh???

  • this is easier thn GERMAN!

  • @flaco2894 want hard? try learning JAPANESE so many tounge twistes and the language involves talking fast, i live in florida, so i have the southern drawl, making me talk slower

  • yay

  • Why is it harder to learch french than Japanese? :/

  • @Luchia789987 japanese because all tha characters in the language

  • @Luchia789987 You're nuts. Japanese is harder. Words in French actually have similarities to English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Latin. French has to be one of the great languages of the world.

  • @MontChevalier

Really? I find it actually easier!!! I can barely understand french at all! Let alone converse!

  • @Luchia789987 Then there's something wrong with you.

  • @MontChevalier

... Is that so? I am strange after all... TT.TT

  • @Luchia789987 Maybe if you're already asian...but I don't think so.

  • @Aussiegirl265

I am asian, I was born in India.. but I don't see how that relates to anything?

  • @Luchia789987 It's easier for my Chinese friends when learning Japanese, and easier for my Italian friends when learning French. The languages are slightly similar in their form, that's all.

  • @Aussiegirl265

That actually makes more sense! Thanks!

  • I am sooo lucky to have lived here in france for two years. As long as you can go to an international school it is a great opportunity to learn a new language. My french is far from perfect but it is plenty to talk to people. Plus france is a really cool place if you visit the area near the alps!

  • french sounds so damn sexy lol

  • Thank you , i got so many girls digging my french now:)

  • Robert : bonjour sita

    sita: bonjour Robert

    robert : ca va

sita : ca va bien merci

sima: non, ca na va pas

    usha: bo, pas val

  • what does ca va mean?

  • @Kimmyzile "Are you ok?"

  • @ultamatefrogmaster thanks :)

  • if u go to quebec and you want to look like a citizen say some esti, tabarnak, calis... in your sentence ;D and have an accent!

  • It sounds like you're using Alexander Graham Bell's original microphone. Please spend a few francs & get a better mic.

  • Je ne suis pas douée pour parler en français, comme des phrases complètes, mais nous espérons que vous pouvez traduire ce à partir de google translate qui est ce que je fais, je peux dire mon nom, âge, où je vis, ce que je veux faire, ce que je n'aiment pas faire, des choses comme ça! N'importe qui veulent me poser une question?

I also know how to say the alphabet, numbers up to 50, The genders (masculine and feminine)

  • @gummybearbrogan anyone who knows 2 languages knows that google translate is pretty horrible at translating. people will have to stop and think about what you're trying to tell them

  • bon appetite!

  • Excellent video!

  • @jessicamaryse. Ha, what are you implying

  • wait is pas mal So-So Or is it Bof, pas mal ?

  • I'm brazilian.. I guess learn how to speak french will be easy for me because french and portuguese are latin and they look like a lot.

  • @renzomartinsgu I'm brazilian too ... but i don't think french will be easier actually.... kkkkkkk I keep on saying the S at the end of the word, while I shouldnt!!!:)

  • @renzomartinsgu English is similar as well, along with Italian, Spanish and German (though English and German are a little more distant, they're still fairly similar)

  • i thought you were supposed to say "comment ca va?"

  • @singinggrl870 Actually yoou can say both :)

"Ca va " is more current. ^^

  • Je viens de voir ce que je puisse commenter et voir si quelqu'un sait différents française, le créateur de cette vidéo

  • @JBieberFanLuv i just know y your here ;) haha

  • @khedwe66 why?

  • @JBieberFanLuv Bieber.. i guess? =))

  • @JBieberFanLuv well i meant people to press pause where they want to - i didn't like the difficult gaps in other videos.

  • @LearnLanguages1 love ur voice!

  • @LearnLanguages1 You did the right thing. Much easier to pause for extra time than it is to skip ahead just long enough. :-)

  • @RunescapeDomn It's a ton easier to learn it from an actual teacher. If you have questions, they always have the answer. And they will help you head-to-head with pronunciation :) Don't worry, any accent could work with this language!

  • I'm 13 and I've already learned the basics. Greetings, food, ordering food, invitations, numbers, letters, activities, manners, culture, and all that good stuff. I just started back in September, and i feel as if I've gotten pretty far. :) It's a beautiful language, and easy to learn, if you ask me.

  • @rissathemighty Bonjour madam! :) I'm 15 guy from australia, and want to learn it. But it seems really hard (aussie accent doesn't help :D) to pronounce some of the words, and wouldn't it be easier to learn from a language teacher?

  • Je m'apelle bla bla blah. Je ai vingt cinq ans.

Comment ca va? Je suis tres bien, merci.

Now that I'm speaking english very well, I wanna learn french because in Germany I live right at the border to Luxemburg and I'd like to work there when I go back in Jan. next year. :) Thank you for your videos, they help me a lot :)

  • Common sense people. There isn't just one way of saying "How are you?" in French! Like English, expressing yourself can be done in many different ways. You can say "Ca Va?" in a question tone i.e "Are you ok?" Or you can just reply "et vous?" as in "And you?" (Sorry for the poor spelling) and then 10 different ways. Its no different to English or any other language for that matter.

  • your going to fast

  • Okay so-so in french is comse commsa however u say it

  • man learning french is fun!

  • we say : comment allez vous or comment vas tu or the common way when u know the person "comment ca va?"
