Well for a "stereotypical 90's popstar" to write songs like that is just amazing.

I don't why so many do, or did, class him as Pop. The popstars that were around when he started either made feeble attempts to write or more predictably didn't write at all.

You can't really classify the music hes done but its nothing like the Pop thats been around since he started.

I don't know if he wrote it but it seems like it, and I'd be insulted to be called Pop, it doesn't give him the credit he deserves.

There are lot of great singers around there but he is one of a kind. To have his entertainment skills you need to be very sincere and sensitive. Public sense these things. There is something genuine in his perfomances. Something you cannot copy. In X-Factor there are lot of great singers but they don´t have that x-factor. Robbie has it.
