Yes the full size will be like a hovering yak ... but this one uses full tandem like cyclic controls as it is what I knew would work to get the NASA guys a hovering video for their grant presentation that they needed before Jan 16 . I have been using the full tandem cyclic controls for yrs on my V-22 project .
NASA's full scale will also be using 4 bladed full flapping rotors on each nacelle ,,which is suppose to help in transition ...but that will wait to be seen .

Very good! Its such a simple concept using the same principals a "hovering 3D Yak" uses. Very good!
