He was funny as Howard Meechim,the not to bright, but good natured,& kind hearted boyfriend of Kelly(Noreen Corcoran) on BACHELOR FATHER. With the passing of Boyd in 2009, and John Forsythe in 2010, Noreen Corcoran and Bernadette Withers(who was hysterical as Kelly's best friend Ginger {whose last name and parents changed from year to yeat remember that?}) are the only surviving main cast members of that series
