This contradicts another video I saw of him where he encourages eating junk food and drinking soda pop and to NOT eat healthily. According the vid he encourages eating of junk food to break down the current status quo in order to bring about a change. 'Cause change can only come if the old is broken down (by eating the unhealthy food available today). I'll try search for the link to the video.

Stop eating meat brothas and sistas start growing your own wheatgrass please it's a miracle food DO IT. 1ounce of wheatgrass is equivalent to 2.5 pounds of vegetables don't believe me look it up.
