You can do it for much less than 20k lol. I've done it . Vvti 2jz-gte , built w55 trans , Cams , ugraded twins , 750cc Injectors , and a good tune making 540whp for less than 8k

@xSNEAKYFXx put 20 k under that hood with an imported 2jzgte engine from japan, then tune it some aem parts , a good ass turbo, and u got the job done with 20 k if your lucky
