Actually, it was Don Airey that wrote it. Don was both a session player and a live player. He wrote the Mr. Crowley intro, Centre of Eternity intro, and the middle piano solo of Revelation Mother Earth. The rest of the Ozzy songs he played in as a background to fill the sound like an orchestra. Lindsey Bridgewater was only a live player that filled in shortly for Don Airey.

Unfortunatly,Don Airey did not write the piano line, Randy came up with the Chord progression and they brought in a Classically trained pianist by the name of Lindsay Bridgewater to write and record this beautifull piece.Don Airey had to learn it of course

Randy Rhoads wrote the piano piece. Pretty much all of the songs on Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman were written by Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley. Daisley wrote the lyrics and Rhoads wrote the music. Osbourne contributed little to nothing. But Randy didn't play the piano piece in the recording. Don Airey did.

I'm not sure, but it ALSO could have been Randy Rhoads, sure he was the guitarist(and the BEST guitarist), but he also took piano lessons, and played every instrument in the world...so who knows, maybe he wrote it, and got Don Airey to play it live...I could be wrong...but I know Don didn't write it, because Don was only the live keyboardist.
