Well, while I don't agree with Emily's terms... she does have a reason not to trust Ross's friendship with Rachel. They do have a long past together, obviously, there's still a tension between them (I would actually not marry Ross after his altar blooper); however, I would not forbid him seeing his ex anymore, I wouldn't hide I was not happy about it, but at the end, it would be his choice.
