I just realized that I'll probably get asked about the dream sequence comment. To circumvent that, I'll just explain now. There was an episode of 21 Jump Street in which the characters had dream sequences that they were in various famous movie roles. Depp's character was like Chaplin in his sequence, one guy was like James Bond, the Asian guy was a Bruce Lee type character. I haven't seen a lot of the 21 Jump Street, so I don't remember their names. But yeah, Depp likes Chaplin.
