6 hrs ago, i encountered a female agent,(not from this call center) who claims to have same last name as mine, SANTOS, n then she said she does not know the meaning of it in english.i have been in the states for 38 yrs. i still speak the language n will never be so chicky about my last name by stating ignorance of the english interpretation of it. this type of female agent, when she becomes a resident in the states, after 1 mos. will immediately say she does not speak TAGALOG anymore.
