@weshol I've heard talk that Fred found it on an album called "Flight to the Moon" that had mission audio from NASA during the 60's and 70's, but I'm sure you could probably find it on NASA's website. They've got full mission audio from Apollo 11, after all, so I don't see why Gemini 4 would be different, especially since White was the first American to walk in space, and the second in the world (I messed up, Alexei Leonov from the USSR was the first)
