This game pissed me off when I was 8 because I couldn't get past the first door. I recently picked it up at the game store for NES and still hard as shit.

Great music for an NES game. The puzzles were very perplexing at times. Always had a hightened sense of anxiety playing this.

This was one of my favorite NES games. Seeing the Grim Reaper when I died gave me nightmares! :O  But I loved this game :)

Oh my! I've tried to play this game in more recent years and forgotten so much but most of what I see is familiar! I always like this format that I only saw used in Shadowgate and Deja Vu though I'm sure other games used this engine.

@HyoureiKyouran 16:00, I the hero who is some descended king begins auspicously enough as the tune suggests. I was stuck in three places. Where to use the "lighter than air" potion the snake, the cave in and the darned tempormental dragon. of course! I never thougth my heavily armoured hero could go -through- a waterfall. I guess my horse-drawn carrige wheels are unstuck(for now.)
