  • @89Umaz Usually people eat this as a side dish along with meat or fish and a vegetable or salad. It does make a nice lunch by itself though :)

  • Yummy Yummy Scalloped Potatoes. What a super winter comfort food C ! Have never made them with stock before tho. I was so afraid that you werent going to add onions to the mix..phew ! My mom made them when we were kids - thickly cut potatoe slices, sprinkled with onion, flour salt & pepper then just poureed milk over & baked. The sauce curdled but it was 1 of her best dishes..........Yours look super creamy & decadent Thanks !

  • What happens if you add hot stock to the butter and flour mixture? Does it clump up?
