  • Hi, this is Bob from Patagonia-Chile, what´s your opinion on the battery lasting on this particular HT ?, is there any thing you´d change or dislike on this model ? I wanna get one of those too. regards.... Bob

  • Yes, it's the now older Yaesu VX-8R with GPS patch antenna mounted to rig. Some people mount it to the speaker mic, but I don't have/want the extra mic, so I live with this HUGE thing on the rig, lol
