Touring Car Techniques: Bump Drafting

Some tracks requiers you to draft .. if you dont you will fall way behind..

take for example KY Oval.. not drafting there will after about 10 laps give the others about 1 lap futher than you.

I just started racing at KY Oval.. bump drafting is not too hard.. you just need to know what, why and when to do the diffrent actions..

@DiXi91 I agree that bump drafting on ovals is perfectly fine and necessary. Bump drafting while 'road' racing is completely different. There are too many corners and other cars and grass etc

@Mp3Astra you need to make the right choises.. drafting works on all maps.. just not everywhere

but as you say.. you cant bumpdraft in corners etc..

you need to do it wherever you can..

its possible with some training, trust me :)

Just because you can't bump draft in a touring car or carry 10mph more speed does not mean the rest of us can't...

@1085oliverda I'm not saying you can't. I just don't like it myself. I think it's an abomination. But people can drive how they like, within the rules of a sport.

bump drafting is for OVALS not road, the 2 cars need to be in same speed!!

LFS dont have the "front car drafting", the draft only works to the behind car
