you should use less butter and more marshmallows maybe bigger marshmallows too and melt the chocolate first so you can spread it evenly and not just in one spot
So for future reference, it might help to melt the butter, then add like four or five squares of the chocolate. Add the marshmallows when the chocolate is half to 3/4 melted so you don't burn the chocolate and melt everything completely. Then you add the crisp rice. That should even the flavors out and make a more pleasant consistency.
Charlie, I can't believe you and your cooking skills! Good thing you're not going to university next year. You'd be stuck. Next time, use EITHER rice crispies OR marshmallows - never both. Also, if you are going to use chocolate, make sure to break it up into smaller pieces. And, also, try letting the marshmallows melt completely before adding the rice crispies. And also measure things out too! Next time, try using the nigella recipe for rice crispy squares.
Very good Charlie! It was a bit like Gordon Ramsey without the constant profanity. I particularly enjoyed watching the transfer of the mixture to the cooling pan. You might consider using your creation as a building material! I hope your stomach is not too upset!

Dude i'm glad you put this video out. I'm having a dinner for 8 people next week and my chef has let my down. Can you help? lol

@bexhillguy Well, if you feel that those 8 guests of yours will be satisfied with a poorly-made Rice Crispy Square Buffet, then I'm your man.
