The war on Libya was failed because we spent money on it and got nothing out of it, Obama committed a war crime without congress's approval. Was Binladen killed in the raid or was dead years ago? Obama is much worse at the economy than bush because 5 tril was national debt that bush spend in 8 years and 6 tril is what Obama spent in less than 3.

You should look at the free market healthcare they have in China. It is not too shabby, and it is inexpensive.
Of course if you don't have money up front, they will let you die in the street. You can't even get INTO the ER.
If we just eliminated the whole requirement to treat anyone who walks into an ER, the problem would be solved.
But since we do treat anyone, then everyone is by definition, in the market. You cannot opt out.
