brainphreak- I dont know how about you, but author wrote me, I was quite near. Its drawing on the glass and cut out.

btw, why he should use some computer program?Its better fot cut out animation use just camera...o.k. its easier and also cheeper, but it can quite easyly lost the magic of clasical animation

so I watched it one more time and this is drawing animation mixed with cut out animation....sometimes it looks like drawing by pen on paper, but sometimes it also seems to be drawing on black board......in this case, whiteboard :D

how did you make this animation? was this done by hand on actual paper and photographed? or was this done in a program on the computer? Any tips would be appreciated as I am an animator myself trying to learn more. check out my youtube for some of my avante garde animation.

Im pretty sure thats just hand made drawing animation...

yeah still not sure how it was done, was hoping the author would say. I doubt its paper cutouts due to the edges, I think it is cut in a program and manipulated. The drawings of course are by hand, but during the cutout sections I think its after effetcs or photoshop etc. Looks cool thought!
