I love this phone so much! But apparently lots of people have gotten the "white scree of death". I was wondering if every HELIO OCEAN will get this because I just bought it and I was excited but now I'm nervous.

THEIR 3G NETWORKS WERE DOWN WHEN THIS VIDEO WAS RECORDED.
it's not a problem with the phone, it was a problem with the network. the problem has since been fixed. =]

call helio. and have them reset your phone.
i had it happen to mine and got it fixed. they reset your phone. thats it.
