No. Unluckiest death is being fully cloaked and still getting headshot by a Sniper who wasn't even aiming for you :D actually I once died as Spy even though I was using the Dead Ringer at full health because I walked around a corner into a Demoman using an 8 critical sticky trap XD.

Personally, I like disguising as a spy at least that way if an enemy sees me uncloak 1 out of 4 times they wont immediately shoot me.

I sit in enemy bases as a Pyro, right by the health. As soon as a damaged player comes, FOOM they're dead, faceplanting the health pack.

As for unlucky deaths, or rather lucky kills, I once airblasted an arrow that hit the sniper in the leg as he ran to my left. That was awesome.

One time, i was invisible between my two friend. A rocket hit me and i got headshoted in the same second. Both of my friend survive. Another time, I was invisble and a pyro got juggled by a soldier. He fell in front of me and kill me in about a sec.
