I just made these burgers today and have gotten great reviews already. These are the first burgers I made myself, too! I think Aaron's instructions are very well done and I am glad that I found this video here on Youtube, I don't think I could have caught it on TV again. The only thing I would change with this recipe is to take away the mushrooms. Their flavor wasn't really there and their texture was lost in the burger. Other than that, these burgers were easy to do and very flavorful.
