There may be little to be a fan about but there are a few things to perhaps have a quiet respect for. The reason they were out there is that Charlie is coming up for parole soon and they needed something to INSURE that he didn't get back out. But what they fail to realize is that Charlie doesn't want out. He's spent more than three quarters of his life behind bars. He doesn't know anything else. But yeah, it would be nice to see those billions go to EDUCATION OF THE YOUTH rather than incarceration of the adult.

No I certainly would not. I say that mandatory castration would be a good punishment for level 2 and 3 sex offenders. Lets just take their weapon of choice away from them. Murderers of psychotic nature should automatically get the death penalty. But I do have sympathy for the Murderer who came home to someone else in bed with their lover. They should do time, but not be given capital punishment. I also like the idea of chopping fingers and hands from thieves. And education is key to prevention.
