Inputs 9v or 18V? I build me a Zipper with 12V inputs and 0,8V outputs with 15,31Hz,<- it´s OK? Thank you for answer.

@oscararies it's not for making anything...it's for balancing ether and atmosphere, cleaning chemicals in it... yes, you can make rain, when the land is forcefully made dry with hostile technologies...but not before that.
yesterday i took a tiger's eye crystal and told it to clean the sky....no orgone just the crystal......and today the sky over my house is JUST BLUE.......in my city there is chemtrailing EVERYDAY but today the chemtrail smug is not present over my house......it could be a coincidente but i don't think so...imagine if you put the crystal in the orgone and even use the mobius coil......it will enhance it's power......but the most powerfull weapon is faith and knowing the power of your soul
Seems like this would be cheaper and/or easier to construct, rather than a full complete cloud buster, or what I call my Sky Cleaner. I wonder what would happen if your device was connected to more power such as a car battery?
If you think about it, it makes sense. The dish will concentrate the energy the same way your TV signal comes from a satellite. The design enables me to change components easily without starting from scratch each time.

Nice design! Could you share exactly what voltage the blackbox outputs ? Does it outputs between -18V and +18V at 15 Hz?

@AlienStephmother It operates on a 9V battery. I try to keep it just below 15Hz but 15 seems to work fine.

All the battery does is operate the freq generator which gives it the real kick. I'm working on a portable ORAC to connect to the PVC.
I think the next stage after that is a bigger dish and more PVC CBs.
I'll keep ya posted.
