Hey dude, I watched all your vids and they are pretty good! I just bought the game and its OK but I can manage a budget. Also, one thing, Police and Fire Brigade, when do you add those in?

If you laid out your city as I have shown you, but two elementary schools (one on one part of the residential area, and one on the other) and lower the budget of the two schools. Add a fire engine when you have your first fire and add police when crime becomes a problem; it saves a lot of money.
