Here's the thing; I don't give a damn either way about Willie Aames. What I am confident about is this; If it's your job to chase after a "has been" actor under these circumstances and create an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation, then by definition you're a loser several magnitudes greater than the subject you're covering. Kinda wish I hadn't been directed to this video.
I'm happy for him. He has a chance to start over, like other people who filed BK: Ulysses S. Grant, William McKinley, Abraham Lincoln,..did I mention Jefferson? (presidents on American currency) Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Mark Twain, HJ Heinz, Milton Hershey, Donald Trump, Larry King, Nikola Tesla, Rembrandt...and many other "deadbeats".
That's what happens when you have the courage to take a risk. No one is immune, especially in these times.
castletriglav, When real trouble comes your way, would you be willing to come back here and give us a laugh by telling us how funny the circumstance were, that brought the trouble, pain, or misery to your doorstep? Guess it is funny to you when the shoe is on the other foot, but when it comes knocking at your door remember what you said here alright? God have mercy on us ALL castletriglav.
Sweetie, nothing on this earth has kept Willie from looking for a real job, except his ego. Just because that crap show,"Bibleman" got cancelled, doesn't mean that Willie can't get a job at Wal-Mart, McDonalds, or Home Depot. I have no sympathy for this lazy, fat fuck. Your worship of this former teen idol amuses me.
adman1955, "your rants", guess that means 'you're' a saint then huh? Never made even one mistake in your life did you? How do 'you' know he hasn't asked forgiveness to those whom he hurt in the past or even now? Yep, cut him down and feel good while you're at it, because you never know when 'your' turn is coming. Once again, we're all human, make mistakes, but if we ask for 'God's and your forgiveness, & set on the Biblical road to making things right, that's all that matters. God help you.
I have never seen, nor do ever plan to, "Bibleman" which sounds really stupid.
However, Willie Aames does get a modicum of respect and goodwill from me for having been the voice of Hank in the very coolest cartoon show that came out in the 1980s, "Dungeons and Dragons."
I wish Willie the best. Millions of people are in the same boat. Ain't a big deal. I used to see Willie and his band Paradise at Disneyland all the time in 1978-1979. They had some cool tunes "Wait Till The Moment", "Right Here, Right Now, I don't care" or whatever it was called. They also did a great cover of UFO's "Rock Bottom". I still remember it like yesterday. Willie, if you're reading this drop me a line.
He lifted bibleman now he's broke
