this yr it will be exactly 50 yrs since they left home.

Tibet is in the northwest of china.and she grown up in sichuan province of china,so she is a half han.

more than half the sichuan is kham (greater tibet) .. her hometown is chamdo, right at the border of so called TAR and sichuan.

It's the southwest; and both of her parents are Tibetans from Rongtrag (I know their names), so she's not half Han.
