I read about this new JS illusion called Trouble (by Dan Summers), and from what it sounds like, it's kind of similar. Is it fair to say GITP never caught on with illusionists? Does it have something to do with being hard to follow the changing pieces and still remember there's a girl that's vanished? I can follow this well, but most audience members might be confused. GITP I think is mentioned in JS's Device and Illusion, which I have not come across yet. I'll try to buy that book if I can.

Then we would need to ask how to make it "play." Do you think laymen can follow our sequence here? What could we do on stage to make them follow it?
