Tributes like this make you realize just how huge a loss the world is experiencing. Freddie's passing was tragic and a terrible waste on pure genius and beauty. The relationship he and Timothy Hutton had was just as beautiful. We should all be so lucky.

Thank you so much fo his magnificent farewell to both Freddie and Jim. Jim Hutton was the only lover to ever make Freddie so happy and content....and he made it clear in a interview that the person I live with......refusing to say if this was a male or female but it was clear he spoke of Jim. I love the photos in which his wedding ring given him by Jim is so clearly evident. I believe Mary Austin was vry jealous of Jim..her treatment of him after Freddie's death is heartbreaking.

@mzeppa77 Most of these pics were taken at Queen's 20th anniversary party. It was given in 1990, even though 1991 was really the official year of Queen's 20th. If I'm not mistaken, this was the last time Freddie appeared at an official event in public, and the last time he appeared for photos with his bandmates. Freddie was diagnosed with AIDS in 1987, but it is probably safe to assume that deep down, he knew he had it several years before that.
