  • @alex4011 They clearly been brain washed to think this is the way to train. People who train like this do it in off season to increase general work capacity. It is non-specific to our sports movements and will never make the bulk of our ACTUAL sports training (compound movements). you always see top level athletes in power and strength sports (exception of boxing) doing big lifts.

  • Search anthony sherman. Don't know who he is but his generic training is loaded. 140kg power cleans for reps (just over 300lb). Crossfitters power clean like 60kg...I get my girl athletes to do that. Youtube Harry aikines 170 power clean.He cleans it with ease on 1st December,His winter training for sprinting (he is a great britain sprinter).Youtube Dwain chambers jump squat-He's repping 405Lb jump squats,His vertical jump is 63inches.Name me a PURELY a crossfitter who can do that.Fucking idiot

  • @alex4011 lol you're the fuckin dyke because you failed to understand my comments.I said 'PEOPLE(athletes of all levels,including NFL you were referring to)WHO TRAIN LIKE THIS(crossfit)DO IT IN OFFSEASON(the period where athletes have active rest).IT IS NON SPECIFIC TO OUR SPORTS MOVEMENTS(especially on a physiological demand) AND WILL NEVER MAKE THE BULK OF OUR ACTUAL TRAINING(They train like this for like 2 weeks not 10months).

  • get a degree in strength and conditioning and read the whole of supertraining by Mel Siff. Squat 2x your bodyweight to arse to grass depth, snatch more than your bodyweight and clean and jerk 1.5x your bodyweight.Go for a national squat record,finish on the podium of your junior national weightlifting championships then fucking write a better come back that is a debate rather than sounding fucking dumb and resorting to 'oh you're a dyke'.OOOH REAL SCARED AND INTIMIDATED ALEX.
