Just because ohio state and Michigan are two of the biggest programs ever doesn't make it a bigger rivalry. The biggest rivalry is the Iron Bowl because Alabama and Auburn hate each other so much and all the state of Alabama cares about pretty much is college football
I don't believe that rivalry really had a great tradition and much hate between the teams as the others ones on the list. There wasn't really a time when both schools had good teams except for that one year when Andre Woodson led the Wildcats to a great comeback win over Louisville. Plus, they are in different conferences so it has some downside to it. But thanks for the comment! (It's a great basketball rivalry though)

A&M-Texas takes precedence over Oklahoma-Texas. With A&M & Texas, their fight songs call each other out, & both teams have performed rituals against each other (Bonfire, Hex Rally).
Yes, UT-OU has been more competitive recently, but the Aggies are even responsible for Bevo's name.
