  • Awesome. Excellent how to video.

  • @popsbuilt bacon is fully cooked before you buy it. It's cooked in a smoker, that's what makes it bacon rather than raw pork belly.

  • Cool video! Please subscribe to my channel if you would! Thanks for your great videos!

  • what the fuck????????????????????

  • She is really hot and has a great smile

  • I can't "like" this enough! :D

  • Dirty slag. u already have a frying pan. use that your stupid ho!!

  • @tracer1024 Real nice attitude and language. Do you kiss your mom with that mouth? I bet she's the one who taught you to talk like that.

  • This girl is fit!

  • thats nasty, why not eat the bag too

  • awkward moment when the bag starts to ignite and the eggs come out extra crispy xD

  • Love the fork

  • Eat that uncooked bacon and get a serious infection or food bourne illness bug.

  • What a great video! I am truly impressed and I will be trying this technique out next week. Matt in Minnesota

  • Yum - thats impressive, I'd eat those eggs on bread though

  • GREAT TIPS and 15 HATERS are the ones that can't cook and have no desire in learnig how to cook at home or out in the out doors. There idea of camping/cooking is a motel with room service. Ilove to cook and go camping DON'T KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT...

  • @clayton758 NO THANKS..

  • awesome trick!

  • I guess since you used the bag for cooking, the dog feces gotta go into a skillet

  • Remember, all pork cuts should be cooked to an internal temp of 160 degrees. Bacon is easy to tell because of the change in color, reduction in size, and increase in rigidity. What she had shown there was not safe to consume. The gimmick may work fine for eggs, but I wouldn't consider cooking bacon in it.

If you have to, it would be safer to cook the bacon on a dry stone that has been heated in a fire.

  • the stick you used should be debarked before you put it through the bag...unless you like eating bark!

  • lol if your able to bring bacon and eggs on a trip then your probably able to bring a pan...and a spatula...and a stove...and a BBQ...and a fridge..and a sink lol the chemicals that leaked out of that bag is what give her the amazing ability to hang bear bags LMFAO ! just playing cool trick, you can come hiking with me anytime.

  • Eggs come in there own packaging! Not hard to keep them from braking.

  • FWIW, I would just make a pan out of foil, seal it up, cook the bacon, and then open it up and pour the eggs into it. The hot grease will cook them instantly. Done.

  • do you line the bottom with the bacon im confused? are do you just use the bacon grease to cook the eggs?

  • I'm going camping and I can take a paper bag or a pan. It's going to be a tricky dicision to have to make, I'd better sleep on it.

  • If you're going on a single overnight trip this MIGHT be OK, but who really wants to risk getting sick from food that has been thawing for hours? I would much rather carry dehydrated bacon & eggs. Less weight, less worry, less cleanup.

  • Would the bacon be done?

  • i not gonna risk my bacon :)

  • looks like the bacon was still raw!!

  • This chick would not last a week out in the wilderness in a survival situation.Beer pancakes, breakfast in a paper bag what a joke.

  • I hate eggs, but that looked really yummy lol

  • finally a woman that does have to get back to the kitchen to cook!

  • Well done! Good series, should be longer clips. Try doing one showing how to boil water in a paper bag. Hilarious, but it works!

  • nice one

  • at 1:20 thumbs up if you think it would look cool in 3D

  • 1:23 o yeah baby harder HARDER!

  • that shit wasnt anywhere near ready to eat.

  • Everything is better in a bag.

  • ...wait til McDonald's sees this.

  • either i am not current with what a hot girl looks like, or these people above in the top rated comments have no taste

  • @colew8g to each their own, but a girl who's cute and has interests other than clothing and men is a girl worth knowing.

  • super cool trick!

  • @nubcakehero It bacon, cooked or not it good.

  • Comment removed

  • @nubcakehero If it cannot be eaten raw, it should not be eaten cooked. Rotten food may become eatable after cooking, but that doesn't mean it should be. Also, tapeworms is a parasite, the food source need to be contained with the worm's eggs in order to get them. Again, why eat contaminated food? Cooked or not it still disgusting contaminated food. See sushi for example; I would much rater eat fresh, clean and delicious raw sushi and dirty, fully cooked, fried fish.

  • @newtubetubetube .....COMPLETE BS.

  • @nubcakehero Raw food taste much better. In some case, cooking will develop the flavor(grilled beef). If you cook to make food taste better, this is the good type of cooking. Cooking to sterilize dirty food is wrong, eat quality food instead.

  • Nice little trick there.. Thanks for the video!!

  • this is awsome..love it thank's

  • But how do you cook the bacon?

  • @nocturnarboreal I know imagine how it would smell

  • @nocturnarboreal NOW THAT YOU BRING IT UP IT TOTALLY SEEMS LIKE IT

  • That is quite the trick!

  • i know this is an instruction video but who the fuck takes all that shit hiking and camping, and even if you did your probably pretty stupid for taking all that shit and forgetting a damn pan.

  • Working in a supermarket you will quickly learn eggs don't have to be refrigerated.

  • how long do u put it in the freezer?

  • make sure you cook that all the way or else you'll get tapeworms

  • now she should do a video on how to take a shit in the woods. I would love to see that..LMAO

  • This is nasty.

  • UUUUUUUUUUUUM... wasnt there a skillet right there?

  • lucky there was a stick behind that rock :o

  • THANK YOU for this wonderful tutorial...I will try it next time I'm caming with my Scouts!

  • your amazing where have u been all my life

  • amazing!!! Great video!! Thanks so much Backpackermagazine!!

  • Are there toxic chemicals leaching into the food?

  • @Freaknfrogger Lol no.

  • Camping girls rule! these are the best kind.If ya meet a girl with long painted finger nails who doesnt like to be outside-run! run very far away!!!

  • idk why but seeing the egg drop in the bag almost made me puke... i cook with eggs almost every day and never have had that happen

  • 1:23

    Wow that was so phallic

  • Am an avid backpacker and like the mag but deff seems to be more yuppie every time i see it. Living where i live is great because NONE of my hiking spots have a tire rim fire pit.

  • i would cum on your belly then eat bacon&eggs together

  • "Who wants to fry bacon and eggs in a camp skillet when you can use a paper bag?" Hmmm, funny thing... I thought the exact opposite. :-)

  • Why is it nasty to rub bacon on a paper bag?

  • perhaps scrambled eggs would work better for this? i dont think she was too successful in eating sunnyside eggs out of a paper bag with a plastic fork. once the yolks are broken that bag is going to be in your lap. hopefully she brought a plate with her.

  • Dead pig and unborn chicks... Yummy. I sure feel like sex after that.

  • @solobackpacking what do you eat? twigs and berries?

  • @solobackpacking I bet you are a friendly person to be with.

  • @pughparkour

You sure have a similar sarcastic humor as I do.

    Difference is I am aware.

  • ill put my dick in that bag for ya, u can rub it all over and grease it up.

  • @alpfaable lmao =))

  • Dick in a bag?

  • Cool tip....thanks for sharing!

  • you would look like a woodland tweaker eating eggs out of a paperbag

  • Bag burns. Food falls in fire. Your out of food for the day. Your starving. Your friends laugh at your stupid attempt to flatter them. Or you could just drink the raw eggs and not look so stupid.

  • @freewill51 agreed. this could get ugly real fast and then whoever you are with declares you a giant moron for wasting the food you carefully froze and insulated and carried with you. next time bring a few sheets of aluminum foil if you have a problem with a pan.

  • Orange peel and aluminium foil used and approved. You can even make a cooking pan/oven with it, and put directly over any fire.

  • cooking in half an orange peel works great too and make the eggs taste kinda fruity. Not sure how I feel about ass biscuits though......

  • i cook mine using foldgers or what ever coffee tin can,it makes them perfectly round! And for biscuits i make doe put between my ass & jog for 2 miles'there sponging out my ass nice and warm .....

  • omg, you want to eat all the shit that they use to make the paper too?

  • NOOooooooo Thank You!!! I'd rather eat granola bars.

  • And the bacon?

  • Lmfaoo try this at your own risk..i did it once and my bag broke and everyone went on fire it made a huge mess it was awful!

  • mines in a box

  • This is a great idea. I'll keep paper bags from store for hiking. I have a question. I assume this technique won't work on gas canister or alcohol stove as bags won't last long on direct flames. Burning woods should be the best way but any good suggestion?

  • Wow... surprising how many unconventional ways there are to cook eggs. Great video, I'll have to try it sometime.

  • It has been mentioned before, but I'll add my two cents anyways: I get the feeling that half the people that try this will probably fail! The rest of the campers: "What is that horrible smell, someone is burning something!"

  • She's hot! (here comes the thumbs down censorship idiots) anyway, My stuff would most likely catch on fire and drop into the ashes, but I'm gonna try that next time and see. Good tips.

  • thumbs up +1

  • @freewill51 haha the irony just because u said that u have gotten 9 thumbs up

  • thats so cool!

except if i tried to do it, the bag would burn and my friends would call me an idiot

  • I'm in love

  • I like my bacon and eggs at Denny's....

  • A girl who hikes AND cooks, I'm a fan already. : )

  • I guess it ain't easy bein cheesy huh?

  • u can also cook it in a thing called a stove!!they r almost allways in these things called houses!!!

  • cheesy vid lol

  • awesome cant wait to try it out

  • You could also cook them on rocks.. lol

  • Picking the bacon up is not the nasty part.. Killing and butchering the pig is the nasty part.

  • @noweirdbeard nope both the thing are a wonderfull gift of nature

  • best vid yet!

  • Question: What happened to the bacon? Does it cook too?

  • no you use the bacon to oil the bag and then you got to throw it away

  • If I were half my age, she wouldn't be safe. She can come foraging with me any time. As for the eggs... that's neat but I would be more inclined to chip a little hole in the top of the egg shell and nestle the egg in the coals. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook, no clean up, no bag, no pan.

  • sadly the bacon does not cook. sorry FAIL

  • I don't think you're supposed to cook the bacon in the bag too.

Elisabeth, can you do this over a stove? I don't make campfires as it's bad for the forest.

  • i def. will have to try this trick, i hate cooking in a skillet lol.

  • If I ever find a woman that knows how to do this and prepares me bacon on a camping trip, I'll marry her.

  • Elisabeth does it again. Excellent video. She's very personable. You have to check her out in her Bear bag video.

  • That is really neat. Thanks for Sharing.

    Take care,

    Bluefin
