  • im done with this moron!

  • Australian special forces are the best in the world...the Americans are shit in warfare and only fuck things up hahaha....The French, British are also excellent

  • @TheBooostt Who cares what you think with a comment like that!

The US has spilt its own blood one the same Battlefield.

    Regards from Oz

  • @investornator fair enough just stating a fact mate

  • @TheBooostt your stating that America is shit at warfare?Sorry but you have no understanding on what you say,and if you do call yourself an Australian, you should have more respect for the country that helped Oz in WW2 in the Pacific.Alot of USN,USMC USAF and US Army troops, died to defend our fine land

  • @investornator mate you have no idea the US only helped us because the Japs bombed pearl harbor...had they not done that the US WOULD NOT have come over to us...you have absolutely no idea...next your going to say the US played a big role in defeating the Nazi's hahaha

  • @TheBooostt Sorry mate i have just broken rule 1.Never debate with an idiot,

    believe what you will.

  • @investornator OMFG so you think the US would have helped us even if pear harbor didnt happen and that they did all that in defeating thre Nazi's HAHAHA...keep watching the american biased crap on tv haha...thats right never debate with someone so naive and ridiculously clueless..YOU! one of the sheep!

  • @TheBooostt Thats the whole point mate ,THEY DID HELP US! and died ,grow up and show some respect ,when the term "LEST WE FORGET " comes up it means lest we forget all who fought for our freedoms.IDK what your fantasy is History shows the US helped OZ.

  • @investornator HA Well as said never debate with someone so naive and ridiculously clueless and also one of the sheep!

  • @TheBooostt Thumbs up if this guy is a Moron!

  • @investornator yeah that proves your right!! doesnt prove a thing theres plenty of sheep out there like you who believe anything the commercial media tell them, thumb me up!!

  • @TheBooostt The USSR was largely responsible for defeating the Nazi's. But the USSR also had in it's sights to take over Europe during the Cold War, and add it to the other Warsaw Pact countries of Eastern Europe. It invaded Czechoslovakia in 1968, and blockaded East Germany in 1949. The US did prevent the USSR from invading Western Europe through the 1950s, 60s & 70s. The US defeated Japan, and could have done so without we Australians. Don't presume everyone is a sheep btw.

  • Is it not interesting that countries like Australia need to have some participation in a war. not because of oil or money but because leaders know that experience is priceless and having a army with no experience in real life combat is the same as having a gun with no bullets .I believe that's why the taliban are a hard opponent because they have been fighting all their lifes ,and i believe thats why Russia invaded Georgia because they felt left out of the action

  • @555gypsie Yep, I agree, the last significant action involving real combat for Australia was the Vietnam War, which Aus pulled out of in late 1972. There are very few Vietnam veterans left in the Aussie Army, but the good thing is that a lot of our current senior soldiers will have been trained by them. Our Special Forces especially, now have excellent experience thanks to ten years in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some of them have done more than eight tours of duty in that time.

  • @wattlebough very interesting ,also i only found out through internet that the Aussies were in the war .British news should show a bit more support and coverage seems they only report about American and British efforts mostly

  • @555gypsie australian sas were behind enemy lines weeks before the gulf war started giving back intell , not many know this.

  • @investornator if you think the US are good for the world then you are very small minded!

  • @TheBooostt Maybe its Politics of USA you hate ,and you can not see the difference between people and politics.

  • i guess the mic is fucked for all the gunfire

  • i love how the guy with the head camera is like... hmm going into combat ill wear a cap! good job boys

  • professionals :P

  • 0:28 That was pretty close !!!

  • @australbania: lol albanian commandos?! The serbs smashed on you guys....arx160 rifles huh? It doesn't mean anything when u don't know how to use it...or have the ammo. Aussie sasr are a proven force, having fought all over the world. They are one of the tops. Please know and understand what your saying before you start rambling.

  • @bluntforcetrauma818

    he doesnt get it mate

even the most simple things in life

he doesnt understand that the fall of singapore was a british led battle and it was the british that ordered the surrender. he thinks they were all aussies and 120.000 australians were captured we didnt have 120.000 soldiers only 17.000 aussies were captured because the british ordered the surrender. i have read up and studied pretty well everything there is to know about that battle because my grandpa was there.

  • @bluntforcetrauma818

Oh no not this guy again fuck my life I have seen him in so many aussie military videos god damn it.

  • bloody legends! i'd shout them all the beers they needed if i ever ran into one in a pub back here in oz

  • Lol the cow at 1:50 is like... Wtf?

  • 30 seconds in.... is that incoming or outgoing??

  • about the coolest shit Ive seen in a while :D

  • NOw is the question:

WHAT ARE YOU THERE IN AFGHANISTAN FOR???

  • @DrainExpress Like America, to protect and secure our national interests in the region which could include oil and whatever else afghani land has got going for it

  • @ValukaX Good enough.

Please, remember from now on: you have no moral right to criticize Hitler or Communist. You understand it would be a hypocrisy, don't you/

  • @ValukaX Pity there is no oil in Afghanistan...

  • @choppermansell Really? Well Im stumped as to why were really there then...I honestly dont feel threatened by a bunch of mountain monkeys, and i dont believe a bunch of mountain monkeys were able to fly planes into a building either...Afghanistan must be a strategic thing...too bad for the coalition Afghaniland is known as the graveyard of empires, and Empirical America is collapsing and not long after the soviets were kicked out of there they collapsed as well...coincidence perhaps?

  • @ValukaX dont underestimate a bunch of 'mountain monkeys'...those same monkeys sent the russians packing

  • @iisking well that and because the US funded these monkeys

  • @iisking

Those same monkeys were also supplied with Stinger missiles from the Americans and were secretly being supplied with Chinese made counterfeited AK47 assault rifles which changed the whole aspect of the war ;)

  • @iisking They sent the Russians packing, but at that time they had massive financial support from the US, UK ,Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. There were also para-militaries on the ground from the CIA, Mi6 and the ISI, plus Green Beret's and British SAS troops working with the Mujahideen against the Soviets. Lets' consider that in ten years the Soviets lost 14,000 troops up to 1989, but in the same time frame, NATO/ ISAF has lost under 3,000 troops to 2012.

  • @iisking they only defeated the Russians with CIA Americas help arming the Taliban with stingers to take out the air force really America shot themselves in the foot if they had left the Russians alone we would of never had any sep 11th or Taliban, that was a previous American government i watched a program on the then CIA who achieved expelling the Russians and they seemed proud of what they had achieved ridiculous they should feel blood on thier hands ,Russian British Australian usa

  • The previous CIA should feel guilty for killing Russian and all the English troops dying now in combat had they left the Russians alone to finish the job in Afghan none of our English troops would be getting killed

  • @555gypsie what is really frustrating as an American and a soldier is that really most of the wars and enemies we fought post WW2 have been from people we've trained for our "foreign policy" measures. for the avg American citizen we get told one thing and they do something completely different. they got a mafia mentality, really fuck you pay taxes and shut the fuck up or get strung up on some bullshit charge. this gov't is suppose to represent us not dictate us.

  • @dh6205 yeah sad how they play chess with peoples lifes

  • @555gypsie very true... but that is the "cost" of nations.... or the cost of assholes on both sides who make so much money and power from this. it would be nice that those ppl who really started wars actually had to fight them.

  • @dh6205 USSR called in by Afghan Socialist taking on the feudal khans 1000S Afghans educated in USSR,IE teachers, doctors engineers .Women did not HAVE to wear burca, could drive a car be educated .vote etc.CIA with SAUDIS,+PAKISTAN FANATICS+OTHER" DEMOCRATIC"STATES LIKE.EMIRATES poured in MEN +MONEY to support the village MUJAHEDIN against TOWNS people.USSR WITHDREW 10/15000 KIA. Afghan army fought 6YRS after Russia left. Fanatics murdered educated people, burned schools, Turned on USA

  • @555gypsie CIA,green berets and the UN were all in afgan helping them thats why the russians lost over 30,000 men.

  • @ValukaX Maybe it was coincidental, maybe not - China was looking to secure a pipeline through afghanistan to the middle east, but then the invasion happened.

  • @choppermansell No but there are mineral deposits of around 1 trillion dollars estimated value there - a lot of it rare earth stuff that China now regulates. Before you argue, just check it out. Cheers.

  • like america to protect our national and economic interests in the region...war on terror? no i dont think so that was all a cover story to try and soften the public opinion on the whole war effort

  • This is a video on the Australian Defence Force site of footage for the Afghanistan videos section. So how the hell are the British? Australian troops buddy ,also look at the camo as it stands out like dogs balls

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Thats why every Aussie soldier is getting the Americans multi-cam

  • @daaskapital1 What i was saying is by looking at the camo you can tell they are Aussie troops lol

  • @fpvshitsonhsv haha, yeah there will be a terrorist and he will be like "hey Akhmed who are those soldiers that are trying to flank us?"

"Oh, they're just the Australians. their camo really doesn't work"

But on a more serious note. Do you support that our troops are getting the American's Multi cam?

  • @daaskapital1 I think you guys hsould use the british DPM camo that pattern is really effective

  • @ChromeGhost0219 Yeah it is pretty good. I think the Australian Government has already ordered truckloads of the US Multicam though, which sucks. But, any cam that works better than Auscam is better for the field

  • @daaskapital1 well I don't think it would be that effective in the desert terain because there is a lot of white in the pattern, but then again a lot of people look for movement not something out of place

  • @ChromeGhost0219 Yeah, you're right. According to our SASR and Commandos, the multicam is good, so thats why the government has ordered shit loads of it. Apparently the main problem with the Auscam was that you had to change cams once you enter a specific area, otherwise you would stick out like a sore thumb. Supposedly, the multicam works in all terain and areas, which i think is good. The only thing i dont really like is that its going to be hard to distinguish Australian and US troops.

  • @daaskapital1 true, but I think the reason we gave that camo is because as far as I know we don't use. I know the ACU, ABU and the digital camo that the marines use(MARTAC?) but dont recall us using multicam

  • @daaskapital1 You are right tho as multicam is much more universal but ours is good for the bush at home. As we all know the ADF is more trained and prepared for defensive rather then offense

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Exactly right mate. Theres no need to abolish our Auscam just yet, it works preety damn good in the bush

  • I remember back to my days as a CIA operator, in the 1920's. This fag gave me the incorrect change for a Hotdog so I shot him. I tried it again in 20111 and got charged with cruelty to animals. I got sent to the local broth- I mean prison, where I escaped by using my long awaited 25 kill streak to call in a tactical nuke and blow up the brothe- I mean prison (cough cough)... I was fortunatley unharmed due to my toned physique. I then rode a Blond Pornstar home and stopped SWmoking Pot.

  • @Aus641 haha classic mate just classic

  • An Aussie got killed 2 days ago, he and some others wre fighting the taliban with air strikes as well, apparently only 10 enemy were killed, I would rather see 100 enemy or more killed, because thats what each aussies life is worth.

  • @Zephyesa Damn right mate. I wish his family best

  • @daaskapital1 yeah same here

  • Im pretty sure the Aussie SASR and ASIO/ASIS would not permit fighting Australian SAS soldiers video footage be shown on of all things Youtube, so all you wannabe SAS guys i think by watching this your not preparing yourself correctly.

  • @izza123100 Some videos of SASR activities are aloud, depending on the circumstances. I have never seen any ASIS or ASIO videos however.

  • it is SASR dickheads, stop debating it.

  • @SASRwannabe You have to join the regular Royal australian army and then apply, you have to do four or five different tests including the trek, interrogation and so on, not easy, but do-able, my neighbour was in the SASR and he that info was from him

  • @wattosacrim so it goes soldier < commando < SASR? I'm looking to join AU army soon as i'm out of college and i fully believe that i would be able to make it pretty deep into a special forces recruitement and can't figure out the difference between commando and SASR, all the ADF website mentions in regards to SASR is one FAQ about pay grade and even that says what is the pay for commando/SASR.

  • @TownPiligan14 The Commandos role is to conduct raids in a large force whereas the SASR's role is to conduct long range reconnaissance behind enemy lines. Both the SASR and the Commandos train in counter terrorism with the SASR in charge of the West and the Commandos in charge of the East. Both are equal in selection toughness, it just depends on what type of role you want to fulfill. The average pay for a commando is $90,000 whereas the average pay for an SASR trooper is $100,000. Hope i helped

  • @daaskapital1 oh so they're basically just two sides of the same coin? I mean besides a couple differences here and there such as raids vs recon. But i mean in terms of eliteness

  • @TownPiligan14 Yeah, pretty much. They're both equal in eliteness, however, the public tends to view the SASR as more elite when in fact both the Commandos and SASR both have the same standards, they just train for different purposes. For example, both Special Forces groups are qualified medics, signallers and paratroopers but their main roles are different.

  • @daaskapital1 SASR selection is actually a lot more intense. In the book "The Amazing SAS" There was a guy who went for SAS selection 3 times. Failed each time but nearly completed each time, so they sent him to the commando's. SASR is a tier 1 force for a reason.

  • @Kirkzzy Yeah, i have read that book. I guess the selection courses for Commandos and the SASR are suited to their specific needs. If i remember correctly, that guy was offered a position in the Commandos after failing the SASR selection. However, both the Commandos and the SASR have baselines that are similar such as they both have to be paratroopers etc.

  • isnt this 2nd commando regiment?

  • Don't SASR have more armor?

and Does anyone know how to get into the SASR?

  • @SASRWannabe do your YOU session, apply for commando, see if you even make it past assessment day.

  • @SASRWannabe Generaly you have to enlist in the regular army and move on from there. Pretty sure you can try and apply straight into the SASR after serving for about 2 years but chances are slim to get in. You can do what im going to do and apply for the direct recruitment scheme, if your succesful you will become a comando and you can then apply for the SASR but with much better chances as they will prepare you more better

  • he needs the sleight of hand perk at 2:04

  • Is that a bullet at 17 seconds. Going from top left to right about an inch away from the camera?

  • The machine gun is a MAG58 right?

  • @avocadoisdelicious probably a minimi as Mag's are pretty big and usually put on vehicles or in emplacements.

  • @thejake1453 nah im pretty sure it's a Mag58, infantry platoons carry Mag58s on foot. and it doesn't have a scope sight like the minimi, and it looks like it's on a tripod.

  • does Afghanistan have any off tap clubs and chicks?

  • Isnt that a f89 LSW ?

  • This is Baghtu Valley just left there. rowdy place.

  • @IXYodaslovechildXI its definately SASR by their weaponry they do from time to time go on small offensives to clear small areas that are vital to an OP or for their objectives

  • @IXYodaslovechildXI recon can get a bit noisy on occasions lol

  • This is what Call of duty:Modern Warfare will look like in the year 2019 :)

  • 0:30 fucking close call!

  • The video 'Australian SOTG' has the actual commander say that it was Commandos & ASR together. Interesting.

  • The ADF guy said this is some actual footage from Cpl Ben Roberts-Smith mission where he won the Victoria Cross. He certainly isn't a commando. He's full on SASR. I've never seen footage like this, or the pic's of him & his crew getting on their helicopter. Must be a new approach. Who knows. Certainly not us.

  • @Trusn8per dude whats up with ur prog

  • These guys are Commandos.I know this for many reasons which I dont have to google to know. You can search your guts out on the net, but you wont find anything on here the ADF doesnt want you to know about.

  • @yattypung Really? well i guess the Brits are just putting on Aussie accents for shits and giggles in the middle of a fire fight? .....

  • @Stoxx85 LOL! Good one...

  • @Stoxx85 told.

  • @remedialverbiage It was an SASR operation with ANA forces.

  • Cracker vid lads, always love to watch a good dust up.

  • @remedialverbiage They usually just say SOTG, although I'd assume Commandos. SASR don't do these kinds of assaults I don't think.

  • Youtube fights are awesome to watch.

  • @Trusn8per haha

  • @Calzonebaby only the guys with blured faces at the end are SASR

  • @fpvshitsonhsv No. All SOTG blokes (1CDO-2CDO-SASR-IRR) would have blurred faces. Go on the defence website and you can see pictures of blokes from 1CDO/2CDO with faces blurred. It's not just the SASR that conceal their identites. And there is no such thing as an SOTG 'soldier'. The SOTG is made up of the SASR,1st and 2nd Commando Regiments, the Incident Response Regiment aswell as the necessary signal squadrons.

  • @aussiepride2005 Sorry mate you can prove your point all you want but the video is from the Australian defence force site! I know becouse i have the same one and many others, this clip on the ADF site says SOTG. Simple as that!

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Jesus christ mate. The SOTG is a mix of 1CDO-2CDO-SASR-IRR. Get that through your head. Do you even know what SOTG means? It is not a regiment of any sort. You've got the 1st Commando Regiment, the 2nd Commando Regiment, the Special Air Service Regiment and the Incident Response Regiment. The SOTG is made up of soldiers from each regiment. The more you argue against that the stupider you look. Go have a look at the Australian Army structure and tell me the SOTG is.

  • @aussiepride2005 haha sure i know what a Special Operations Training Group is. I know it a mix but people were saying its all SASR wich it isnt. All i said was only the end guys were SASR as its typical of SASR faces to be blurred. Also the guys at the end look to be a 4 man group as everyone knows SAS/SASR roll in 4 man teams. No need to get your knickers in a knot champ

  • @fpvshitsonhsv 'Special Operations Training Group'. HAHAH. It is Special Operations TASK Group mate. Do some more research fool. And yer, because I'm sure you're an ex SASR soldier so you'd know that you used to 'roll' in 4 man teams. The fact is ANY SOTG bloke will have a blurred face. Get over it. That's the fact. And no, the last blokes are necessarily SASR. Commandos can carry out the exact same operations as the SASR, but obviously the SASR specialise in different roles. End of story.

  • @aussiepride2005 Smart ass little fuck arnt you!! Also your ignorance shows as the is a Special Operations Training Group. But you sound like one of them know it all fucks with a big fucking mouth i wanna slap the shit out of! Now fuck off becouse i think you mums made ya new southern cross sticker for the backwindow of your VP crapadore. Child!

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Do yourself a favour and google SOTG and see what comes up you idiot. The meaning of SOTG you're thinking of is the USMC meaning. Not the Australian meaning you dickhead. Why would they send a training group to a war zone you fool? The more you comment the stupider you look. You have resorted to insulting me because you know that you are wrong. Before you get into an argument, do some research so you don't look so stupid.

  • @aussiepride2005 Just fuck off kid

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Ahh rough ay mate? And you're the one that sounds more like a kid here. 1 youtube idiot down, many more to go. You's are like cancer, spreading your bullshit across the internet. Now run along you dipshit and don't bother responding to this.

  • @aussiepride2005 I told you before child Fuck Off

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Can you please stop making us Australians look like tools? Sorry to everyone out there but this is NOT how the majority of us behave.

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Sorry that comment was aimed at aussiepride2005 not you pfvshitsonhsv

  • @fpvshitsonhsv Oh dude. I'm just loving watching you try and write a sentence. Which is better than your general knowledge though.

  • The guys right at the end the four man team with blured faces is SASR the others are SOTG

  • i'm English but its great to see these guysin action...total respect to *all* soldiers of the world who fight. Top respect to the SASR thumbs up

  • surely this aint the sas, they dont use sas as assault troops in broad daylight this goes against everything ive read about them, im sure its a commando outfit, if there were sas there it was probably a signals attatchment

  • Aussie troops rarely request air strikes as most of the time they just engage taliban in firefights directly.

Australian troops are less restricted then others as the higher ups let them do the job of giving Afghanistan the freedom it deserves.

  • What a shame how these backward people live in the 21st century mud huts and roadside bombs.

  • @spartan89v You're a fucking idiot. It's called living in abject poverty under a ruthless regime of fundamentalists. Learn the difference between those that have to live in this hopeless situation and those that are keeping them there as part of some sort of "holy war".

  • Ill be honest with you, i'm surprised you were allowed to post that. Very nice vid tho, you guys are awesome. By the way is that an SR-25 at the end?

  • @remedialverbiage Both 2CDO and the SASR conducted operations in the shah wali kot offensive. It is possible that some of the blokes seen in the video are SASR soldiers operating with 2CDO as part of the SOTG.

  • this looks like a fredy wong vid lol

  • thats a LOT of gear he's got on his M4...

  • Actually.. It look's like a bullet casing? Was the gunner in the helicopter firing?

  • at 0:16 seconds, is that a tracer flying past? Or just the camera glitching up?

  • @philr2465 Woops, got your name wrong. (Read my other post for your answers) :S

  • Comment removed

  • @BashProductions123

Nah mate their SASR they were using a MAG-58 not a minimi, and since they're a Special Forces group all of the blokes except the Support gunner and Designated Marksmen carry M4's.

  • @Russian1471 Oh, I didn't watch the video...i just assumed it was the usual military equipment... lolol

  • Lol you have no idea.

  • @BashProductions123 At higher ranks like, squad leaders can use M4A1's or M16's ???? i dunno where you got that info from mate haha by the way the correct acronym is LSW... (Light Support Weapon)

  • @funks88 No, I was saying in general. A squad leader uses a different weapon.

  • in between 14 and 16 sec does anyone else see what appears to be a bullet fly past the camera? It sure looks like it

  • @shaunmacaskillqwerty yeah i saw that too and wasnt quite sure. had to watch it twice

  • they sound british :S

  • i was just wondering, when the diggers are coming home can they get some sort of souvenir (eg a small firearm, from a dead fighter) into the country or do they have to give it up?

  • @JustAnotherYtuber no because they could be bringing live rounds or a live gun back and because that would be stealing

  • Superb! Any countries sf that wear the SAS badge are deserved of it. When you have a SAS team made out of Brits, Oz's, NZ and Fijian or South African that is one hell of a force. The thing about units like this is that they base themselves on raw soldiering and build evrerything else into that unlike many other more hyped sf. Great video I would like to have seen the bits that were edited out. Stay safe.

  • Much respect from the USA! Keep it up brothers!

  • ArmA 2 FTW!!!, the only game that is like real life war!, SASR FTW!!!!

  • Jesus, will it ever be possible to find a video on YouTube about the military without either little kids sharing there pathetic comments, people stating which sf are better, and worst of all people comparing things like this...this reality with fucking War games like that call of duty shit.

  • @Shifty5859 damn right! btw this is like ARMAa 2 not cod if compared to video games, still, no game will ever be like war

  • @chillydog12345 true, very true mate. But at least the people who play ARMA have some what of a sense of things. There not cod players that bitch and brag about how they know everything which makes 1 8th of dog shit.

But on topic....ARMA is a great game.

  • @Shifty5859 ahhaheyah, arma 2 great game, 3 problems, needs too be smooth, better sounds and needs australians. ;)

  • @chillydog12345 could not have said it better myself mate

  • @Shifty5859 thank you kind sir!

  • @chillydog12345

How would you compare ARMA 2 to BC2? I love Bad Company and believe that apart from some random craziness that happens in the game it's pretty realistic. Also do many people play Arma 2 online (PC or 360?) as I may pick it up if there are a few online 24/7.

  • @Peaty1992 i haven't played arma 2 online for a while but you need some friends online to have a great time, i lost my game lol, but BfBC2 is great, i love it, sure its not the most realistic game, it sure does have some epic moments, good sounds and the great feeling of stabbing a guy in the back of the head!

  • @chillydog12345 its easy to see who are the bf2 and cod and what ever crappy single shooter players are when they join a arma2 server there a fcking bunch off losers expecting same retard game as the other shitty games

  • @Shifty5859 This is youtube mate what do you expect?

  • @anurism1 yeah fair enough mate

  • shit, was that a round kickin up at 0:29?

  • @Soapyfrogbucket It was released by the DoD.

  • isn't this the NEW CALL OF DUTY?! :o!

  • @remedialverbiage Seems more plausible to me, 2CDO dont have such a hard on about releasing footage, there are heaps of vids from TAG E. Anyway there was alot more 2CDO personnel involved in Shah Wali Kot than SASR guys.

  • All I know, from what could be seen from the helmet cam at around 1:48 to 1:50 in this vid, is that there would have been someone's one very dead beasty lying on the ground after coming around the corner! I really thought the trooper had walked into somebody standing there and expected some firing!

    Steaks anyone!?

  • Great video mate, I have a documantry i just started uploading about the australian army in afghanistan, check out my channel to see them :)

  • to enzo12ify1 - nzsas is 11 months now, PLUS INFIL and PATROL skills its the same length as SASR, just broken up differently.. as for the brits, cant speak on that.
