Hey thanks for the comment. I pretty much just added multiple layers of stock footage onto the comp. then compisited them together, added some color correction
Hey, I was at the screening for this the other night. I really liked it. Just out of curiosity, have you seen Timecrimes? It's a recent Spanish sci-fi film. You short reminded me of it (in a good way).
Hey thanks man, I haven't seen Timecrimes, but I will check it out. I am kinda bummed out that I missed the first screening day, so I will have to check out what happens at the award screening.
hey thanks for the comment. Yea, most of the contrast problems has to do with the raw footage being dark already. It was the lightest I could go on most shots. And since it was a cloudy day, once the sun went away, the forest just darkened the whole shot a ton.
Hey guys.. that was a pretty cool flick. I was curious how you gen'd the explosure at 3:44... looked pretty realistic!

Panasonic AG-HVX-200A. It's a great camera. A bit costly, but gets the job done well.

Yeah, I'm in Fredonia, so I missed the first night, too. Good luck with all your future projects!

That's a lot of contrast on the footage... But good work, the forest looks really good.
