The reason it won't work is because you haven't enabled the console to allow commands. What I mean by this is, that you must right click on the halo custom edition icon, and go to properties. In the target field, after the quotation marks, type (space) "-console (space) "-devmode" (just hit the space bar, don't type it!) Then click apply and ok. And there you go! You can now use the console!!!

the shortcut you have on your desktop, you have to right click and click on "properties" and at the end of shortcut destination enter -console THEN it should work! (AFTER downloading devmode! XD)

*NOTE Remember to have space after the " in shortcut destination!

cheat_all_weapons and vehicles depend on the map's tag, in that case, the Jet, Wraith, and that car was used in the mapped but later scrapped but forgot to be deleted. Or they just hid the vehicles somewhere

You have to "bump" the person you want to possess and i was already touching him when i typed it in so thats why that happened

Go to your halo desktop shortcut, right click it and go to properties, then go to target and outside the " type -console then start up the game and then try it, hope it helps
