it is not overrated jackass. do some research and you'll see it's one of the oldest used medicine's in the world. also one of the safest. but medicine isn't it's only use. there are hundreds if not thousands of uses for it. still think it's over rated?

dragonshinobi is right. the seeds give protein. the stems can be used to make rope and twine. it's safe. stimulates brain cells. etc. it's very good.
