@iwancont scotland and NI a vast majority of those in employment are in the civil service, Scotland i think is 90% of the employed workforce is civil service. these levels are not realistic. front line workers should never be effected in any cuts made, its the middle management that needs to be trimmed back and streamlined, the vast number of quangos and other civil service bodies that need to go. these are the non jobs labour created and its these that cost the most to run

If theyre not working as they should then they lose their job which is fair. What isn't fair is tarnishing all civil servants with the same brush. @iwancont scotland and NI a vast majority of those in employment are in the civil service, Scotland i think is 90% of the employed workforce is civil service. these levels are not realistic. front line workers should never be effected in any cuts made, its the middle management that needs to be trimmed back and streamlined, the vast number of quangos and other civil service bodies that need to go. these are the non jobs labour created and its these that cost the most to run
