  • it doesn't look right, he's been Jacksonized; the nose is to small for the face

  • @smistry93 I don't think so

  • @desire890

neither did MJ (rip), till everyone told him

  • @smistry93 Well.. MJ did extreme things to his face so those were the consequences.

  • @desire890

yeah, but he's renowned because of his nose because it didnt look right

  • he had a nose for four faces. lol

  • I had a revision rhinoplasty, chin implant and lip reduction 6 weeks ago, I guess its ok to go to the gym now yes? I am a bodybuilder and in a few days I will need to take nitric oxide supplements loaded with caffeine for my strenght training. I would like to know what effect it would have on my healing and swelling especially on the nose. Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels thereby increasing blood flow to the body

  • I'm on Long Island and am looking into using this guy for my nose. Could you tell me about what you paid, and what year it was? Your nose looks great, btw...

  • The pictures shown in video is shown months after the procedure after swelling dissipated and patient is clearly not photoshoped as seen in picture. Techniques used are not older cartilage excision techniques as african americans have weak cartilages.

  • Dr. Rizk believes to achieve these dramatic results, it is necessary to use medpor implants in the bridge and either rib or medpor in the tip and to use special rotation techniques to bring nostrils in with sutures going under columella. Dr. Rizk customizes his implants to the patient during the surgery with a specialized sanding tool to achieve smooth results.

  • To narrow the bridge dramatically in addition to the projection from the implant, Dr. Rizk narrows part of the sides of the nose (which is actually part of the maxilla or cheek bone) and does something called a low to low osteotomy which is crucial in african americans since they have short bones. Dr. Rizk published his specialized techniques in african american and ethnic rhinoplasty in plastic surgery publications.

  • :p

  • @nopolysix Do your homework! . Dr. Rizk is one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the world!

  • @nopolysix Patient is show live with his nose after the surgery and speaking to Dr Rizk on video after surgery-this is a live untouched video-period and end of story to those jealous or incredilous patients.

  • @nopolysix -you may call patient or schedule to see him in person and compare"-interestingly also dr rizk uses much more sophisticated techniques than old cartilage excision techniques or grafts made of patient's own cartilage which is weak in african americans-medpor achieves superior projection and definition as seen in this patient

  • @nopolysix This patient paid full price and was given no discounts and he did this video to help others on his own volition out of frustration looking for a doctor who can help him and not finding the right doctor as he mentions.

  • @nopolysix

You really are an idiot! I know this guy personally but I wont even bother wasting my time on an ignorant conspiracy theorist like you. Do you take off your tin foil hat to wash your greasy hair?

  • Wow, the after pictures looks SO GOOD! Suits him really well. Good job!

  • the still picture in full face is actually photoshoped, you can see in the interview that his nose is muc wider and less structured! His nose in profile looks better before the surgery, the line is straight, no bumps like with the new nose! to me, to make a thin and more structured nose, you need to project forward the tip of the nose to reduce the bulbous aspect. I know only two surgeons that can perform those surgeries: Dr S. Hoefflin and Dr G.Aîach. Beware few in the world can perform

  • @drsamrizk This is soooo fake. I hate doctors that fake the funk.....USE REAL CUSTOMERS NOT PAID ACTORS PLEASE...If you have video of him BEFORE the surgery with that large honker than ill believe you.

  • @drsamrizk this is not about jealousy at all, why do you talk about you as "he" instead of "I"? Whatever, I think the nostrils of this patient are still big and I am sure you used the 'old' cartilage excision to perform the surgery. I am not tryng to be rude to you, as you may think. But the techniques the two doctors I referred to, had be proven efficiency. To give a worlwide example, look at Michael Jackson nose(during the thriller era, not after I concede), his nose perfectly matched his face

  • Gosh this guys nose was riducoulous big. I was just like a big blob in the middle of his face. He looks much better now by 10x.

  • I feel sorry for his kids smh.

  • @EkaruceTV not if he marries a jewish

  • I WANT RHINOPLASTY BECAUSE MY NOSE IS FUCKIN HUGE

  • wow now that was scary....ive never seen one that big before

  • me too wanted to have a nosejob!help me find surgeons who wanted to have a volunteer patient i'm very desperate about how would my nose look after the surgery.

    here is my number 09156751135.

  • Poor guy he looks great afterwards. I want one too but i'm scared of the scarring.

  • Good job, it looks so much better suited to his face.

  • @jampop77 idd was just thinking the same thing......lol

  • Yo it looks good man, this fucking world is so fucking visual...you did the right thing man..

  • It still looks pretty big to me lol.

  • his nose was huge. its the biggest i have seen.

  • that sizing up their nose thing he said is so true

  • doctor risk?

  • I did some pre-procedure research at plasticsurgerymadeeasy (.) com

  • i feel bad for his children tho..they still are gonna get stuck with that huge nose.

  • hey this is so nice !! i am actually in a process to have a rhinoplasty. i did it before but I was not satisfied. my nose looks the same. Nobody notices the difference. Therefore, i talk to the doctor and asked to have done again and make more refine.. Hes saying he cant really do it the way i want to. Im confused!! i dunno what to do. How should i contact your doctor please??

  • Wow! That is a dramatic difference with only (1) One Surgery done. Most Cosmetic and Plastic surgeon will need to do anywhere from 2-3 surgery's over a 2 year process just to achieve these results.

A lot of work goes into cutting and reshaping bone, Cartilage and skin. It takes a truly skilled Cosmetic Surgeon to achieve these results. It just goes to show that these Surgeons are artist and the more "Master Pieces" that they complete, The better skilled they are.

    You look AWESOME!...

  • isn't it ironic how the doctor is called dr rizk lol

  • of course he sounds stuffed up, it'd only been TEN DAYS since his surgery! It takes me longer than that to sound clear after I get a cold!!

  • wait so do people usually do that gesture that he mentioned in the beginning of the video to someone that has a big nose?

  • this doctor is good but i feel like he makes the nose a bit unnatural

  • @muscle2hard It's because he has discoloring on his nose. But that is one reason why I am scared of getting a nose job. I don't want it to look fake or too thin.

  • I want one too1

  • In the side shot of the 'after' it looks perfect but in the faceview of the same 'after' it looks a little too pinched and unnatural - just my IMO but otherwise a big change and good improvement

  • Big nose or not...He is still handsome

  • Fuuuuuuuuuck.

  • What about the after-surgery pain and pain maintenance? What would one expect? Someone said they had black eyes and a bags for a while. Is that normal? How does the pain feel etc normally if all goes well on a scale of 1-10? Great job, I am thinking about getting my nose done, it is go large, wide, and unshapely for my small face. I constantly wear sunglasses to take attention away from my nose.

  • Wow, I am glad he got a good doctor to help him out. I have a very wide nose at the top and the bottom. There is way to much fat and it unshapely. His nose looks great and fits his face after 10 days of surgery. It look like he was born with it. Good job by the doctor. As an women of color I give this 5 stars.

  • I plan on doing rhinoplasty with this doctor hopefully next summer..i'm still saving up. the price is 15,500...He's a prodigy..his work speaks for itself! I cannot wait.

  • @NuclearBeauty1980s Is this price for everything?

  • @LavNglam yes except for hotel for at least one week after the procedure to get ur cast remove.

  • @NuclearBeauty1980s does he ask for the 15K upfront or does he have a payment plan?

  • @neglectedurchin Yes! you pay 15% to book the spot then pay the rest before the actual surgery. I will be seeing him next fall..also don't forget to include hotel for one week if you are not from the NY area, that when he takes the casts off and you get to see your new nose!:)(at least a general idea, finals results takes up to one year.:)

  • @neglectedurchin

15K?? that sounds alot for just a rhinoplasty.....

  • you look good man, good for you ;)

  • That is a bigggg change!

  • WOW! My nose is huge for a female and I get talked about wherever I go but I pray to get my nose done for me nobody else. What if you don't have the money? Its hard for some people. Many people have to live and die with a nose like that, with no surgery. I wonder if its worth it to you or the world.

  • Much better

  • this was an AMAZING nose job.

  • poor guy...yeah, my mom always made fun of my nose.

  • My mom also did the same...

  • he charges $14,000. this isnt including hotel and airfare

  • he charges $14,000. this isnt including hotel and airfare

  • I have never seen a nose like that wow

  • I have no idea what septum cartilage is or a septoplasty; however, I will do some research. I would like to know how long the procedure took from start to finish including the grafting? Now that several months have passed maybe Dr. Rizk could do a part 2 update video of his patient.

  • Amazing.

  • Does anyone know the cost of a rhinoplasty with dr. Rizk? These results look great!

  • wow poor guy....he had be insecure since 15! I wonder what he did...coastal cartilige grafts and shield on tip? gortex? very curious.

  • I recently visted dr. Rizk for a consultation and he compared my nose to "jimmy's". he def gave me and my mom hope. any one that wants to get a rhinoplasty i recommend that you at least set up a consultation.

  • Woooow! He looks soooooo much better! lol

  • he looks cute now. and just 10 days after surgery that's a good job

  • it is a duty that every doctor should be nice and pleasant

  • WOW...WHAT A BIG CHANGED!!! He looks awesome afterward.

  • I am thinking about this surgery but before I even get a consult I would like to know how much you paid for the procedure from soup to nuts???

  • Dr. Sam Rizk did my rhinoplasty about a year and half ago. the only regret I have is not doing it sooner. I have received nothing but positive comments on my new nose. Procedure was completely pain less. I would highly recommend Dr. Rizk.

  • this is dr rizk and i just want to say a comment on this african american video for viewers. Realize he is still very early after the surgery and is still swollen. The procedure involved multiple grafts using patients own septum cartilage so it involved a septoplasty as well and he may sound nasal for few weeks after these multiple procedures.

  • great thanks for that info Dr i was worried there for a sec lol

  • the before was better...he sounds nasal..

  • I AGREE

  • well realize that he is very early after the surgery so of course he has swelling but swelling dissipates over a period of a year but he sounded same before surgery_dr rizk

  • So you have proof of how he sounded before he had surgery?

  • Wow, this is amazing. I might have to check this doctor out. Now many videos on african amercan nose jobs at all. thanks for posting it.

  • he sounds like hes talking through that nose...

  • he is still very early after the rhinoplasty and is certainly still swelling but he did notice any voice changes at all. He does have a nasal voice before the procedure as well_dr rizk

  • wow ths doctors nose jobs are amazing!!

  • jimmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • You look great!!!
