Best thing to do is give the likes of Lalkovic, Billy Clifford, Lukaku, and Nathan Chalobah 5-10 mins in the first team at the end of games better than Malouda and Mikel using up space on the bench when their hearts not in it, theres not many players getting alot of time through loans in the premiership or championship top tier football will do them the world of good.
The problem with him is that he's too short to play in the middle, and can't cross to play on the wings. He's also not a good finisher he missed so many one on ones.

Half of the Chelsea Reserve team could probably be first team players for some leagues like the Championship :P. Like Lukaku, Bertrand, Piazon, Lalkovic, Delac, McEachran, Kaby. I Genuinely think they could win the Championship ^_^
@WoWHaZ51 That's the reason I hope the FA comes up with the B team plan. We won't win the championship but it will improve (and speed up) their grooming.
PvA, Kakuta, Josh and some others are all wasting their time right now. We had to sent Davila, Bruma, Kalas, on loan to get game time. Imagine them all playing in the championship and we getting to see all those games. 2 Chelsea games every week!
