The other pitches from the guitar, bass, and drums make it go crazy, and the singers tend to have a ton of vibrato and other things in their voice that rock band doesn't like.

well I have RB1 mic and I tried putting volumne on my computer where songh was playing on maximum, pretty loud though after that neighbours came :D but it didn't pick anything in game :(

Would the white Logitech microphone be more like the GH/RB one or the professional one? The box says that is has that voice canceling thing (if I remember correctly) I forget exactly what it's called but BillTvShow uses it as well.

I have never tried it but I am willing to bet all though it may be a little better it is made basicly the same

Ya, I can understand that. I own one and it seems to work better than the GH/RB microphone. Maybe it's just me, but I really like it.

I agree it is better than the original RB/GH mic you receive with the game.

Not to say that the GH/RB mic is bad or anything. I find it is very good as long as you keep the volume down a bit. With the Logitech mic, I can crank the volume (and I always do :P) all the way up and not have any issues. If you didn't have proffesional mics, I'd totally reccomend it to you.

@Tiduspeco I was using the white logitech vantage.. it was a nice mic. But I did receive the new professional mic like Cena is talking about and I will tell you that it is MUCH better. I did a little video on it recently.
