She first began losing weight when she became obsessed with the gym going everyday for like 6 months or something according to reports. Then she went through a period of depression after being broken up with where she drank all day and didn't eat. Now a days she says she just is too busy or stressed to eat some days and she will opt for a drink over a meal.
