What you fail to realize though, is the power of consumers in an open market that is allowed to be open! Which leads me to the healthcare bill, cross state buys would be one of the few changes made to help the cost of healthcare. When was the last time you heard"car ins. reform now!" You dont, because the market is open across the states.
