This was a cheat code I found on the internet. That is why is is such bad quality. The Cheat allows you to record your screen while playing sim city 4, but it saves frames as images.

You would need the Space Port, the last of all rewards, to launch a shuttle (Note: You cannot drive shuttles, even in U-Drive-It).

Yhea its a cheat code that makes bmp files and you have to convert them to AVI MPG MPGE etc thats why its crappy

The built in recorder needs cheat code access instead of normal access through the options menu.

It was I freakn' Cheat code!!!!! You type it in and it records your city. I just found it and had some fun. No Need to get touchy.

It is a cheat code that takes pictures and converts them in to video, that's why it looks crappy. Try it the Code is "Record".
