The longest actualy straight straight is the straight of Fuji speedway at roughly 1,5 km more than there's room between the grandstands of Abu Dhabi. And the best thing is herman Tilke didn't design that straight, it was there and he had to keep it.
Do you realy think there are only as many circuits in the world as there are circuits on the grand prix calendar? it doesn't matter whether Fuji is on the calendar. it matters only whether it's permanent, Yes, purposebuilt, Yes, or active, Yes, whenever that would be a requirement.

Actually it is the longest this season. Fuji isn't on the calendar this year.
