@Chugulung Video was filmed underneath the "Jubilee pier" directly opposite the royal festival hall on the Thames Southbank in London. When the tides out there's a small sandy beach that can fit a couple of hundred people.

London Sound Systems have been throwing "beach parties" when the tides out for the past couple of years. search for "spunky cheeba" to see an example
